It’s not possible to effectively sell to someone you do not know. You need to know this person’s likes
and dislikes, their pain, what stresses them out and what makes them relax. You need to know what
objections pop up in their mind when they’re considering doing business with you.

In short, you need to know this prospect or customer better than they know themselves if you’re going
to be able to formulate a compelling solution/product for their problem and convince them to buy that
solution/product from you.
